Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Network Trainer , we are committed to providing world-class technical training in Cisco, Microsoft, and Linux Administration. We understand that circumstances can change; however, because our batches have limited seating and involve upfront costs for lab reservations and study materials, we adhere to the following refund guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are evaluated based on the timing of the request relative to the course start date:
Full Refund (100%): Requests made 7 days or more before the scheduled batch start date. (A small administrative processing fee may be deducted).
Partial Refund (50%): Requests made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the batch start date.
No Refund (0%): Requests made within 48 hours of the batch start date or after the course has commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain costs incurred by the institute are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Registration/Admission Fees: Any initial one-time registration fee is non-refundable.
Lab Access Fees: Once a dedicated virtual rack or lab credentials have been issued to a student, those fees cannot be refunded.
Study Materials: Printed books, digital toolkits, or proprietary software licenses already delivered to the student.
3. Course Rescheduling
We understand that professional emergencies happen. Instead of a refund, we offer a one-time rescheduling option:
Students may request to move their enrollment to the next available batch at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the original start date.
Rescheduling requests made after this window may incur a “Seat Reallocation Fee” of 10% of the course fee.
4. Technical Issues & Lab Downtime
Since our training is hands-on:
In the unlikely event of prolonged technical failure (over 48 hours) of our lab infrastructure that prevents course completion, students will be offered a pro-rated refund or additional free lab hours to compensate for the lost time.
5. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a Written Request: Email your request to support@networktrainer.in with your Enrollment ID and reason for cancellation.
Review Period: Our accounts department will review the request within 3–5 business days.
Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or UPI) within 7–10 business days.
6. Institute’s Right to Cancel
Network Trainer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a batch due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, students will be offered a 100% refund or the option to join the next scheduled batch.
