Welcome to Network Trainer. By accessing our website and enrolling in our training programs (including CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, and Linux Administration), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Enrollment and Admission

  • Eligibility: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  • Seat Allocation: Admission to a specific batch is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the required course fees.

  • Prerequisites: While we provide foundational training, students are responsible for ensuring they meet the recommended technical prerequisites for advanced courses like CCNP.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All course materials, including lab guides, video lectures, presentations, and proprietary scripts, are the sole property of Network Trainer .

  • Limited License: Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

  • Prohibited Acts: You may not record, record-screen, copy, redistribute, or sell any part of our curriculum or lab architecture without express written consent.

3. Lab Usage and Technical Conduct

  • Fair Use: Students are provided access to virtual or physical racks for practice. This access must be used responsibly.

  • Prohibited Activities: Using institute infrastructure for crypto-mining, hacking, hosting illegal content, or any activity that stresses the hardware beyond educational scope is strictly prohibited.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lab login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Fee Structure: All course fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule (One-time or Installments) before the commencement of the batch.

  • Taxes: Fees are subject to applicable government taxes as per local regulations.

  • Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment milestones may result in temporary suspension of lab access and classroom attendance.

5. Student Conduct

  • Professionalism: We maintain a professional learning environment. Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or academic dishonesty will lead to immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

  • Attendance: While we offer backup classes where possible, consistent attendance is required to gain the full benefit of the certification track.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Certification Results: While we provide the “Gold Standard” of training and mapped curriculum, Network Trainer  does not guarantee that a student will pass the vendor exams (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) or secure a specific job. Success depends on the student’s individual effort and performance.

  • Technical Downtime: We strive for 99.9% lab uptime, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to ISP issues or scheduled maintenance.
